I'm new to FiveM! Where do I start?

Start by familiarising yourself with the following: - Rules & Guidelines - Keybinds & Commands - City Language - Glossary of Terms - Quick Start Guide These will assist you in learning the ropes of FiveM roleplay. This handbook is also a great resource for getting on your feet. To see the handbook in city, press F5 and select City Handbook.

Can I delete a character once I have created it?

No. Once your character has been created, it cannot be deleted so choose wisely. You can, however, change your appearance via the Plastic Surgeon. In the city, press F5 and select City Handbook then scroll down to the Changing Your Appearance guide, or you can also view it here.

Can I rename my character?

Absolutely! You can buy name change tokens from the Wicked Supporter store inside PDM using credits. These credits are included in the Silver, Gold, and Wicked Supporter tiers or can be purchased separately through our Tebex store: https://wickedgaming.tebex.io/

Can I have multiple characters?

All players receive 2 character slots. Additional slots are available as part of our subscription tiers which can be purchased here: https://wickedgaming.tebex.io/

Help! My minimap is flickering!

Head into your Settings -> Display -> Expanded Radar and set to Off.

My music is super loud!

Open your Windows volume mixer, then turn down the FiveM Chromium subprocess volume. If you don't see it, you'll need to wait until you are in an area with music or play some music on your smartphone.

Can I run NVE?

We use FiveM's 'pure mode' feature which validates that the game is unmodified when it runs, which helps us to stop cheaters/exploiting. You may run into issues using NVE therefore we recommend not using it. However, if you are using it and having issues try disabling that first and flying in again before making a ticket.

Why does FiveM ask me to restart in pure mode every time I load in?

We use FiveM's 'pure mode' feature which disables malicious client plugins. Because of that, every time you want to join the server, you'll have to restart the FiveM client to enable the mode. You can right-click on your FiveM shortcut, go to properties and add -pure_1 to the end of target to have it automatically start in pure mode (separated by a space).

If you aren't sure on something, ensure to read the City Handbook first. Utilise the Community Support channel for asking questions, however please note some questions may need to be answered in character while in the city.
