To get your credits, you must log into the city and type /redeem followed by your Tebex transaction ID EACH MONTH (when you receive your renewal email - we will make this automatic in future). You may need to wait a few minutes before trying to redeem. Please note that credits are non-transferable and only apply to one character.
Tip: If you’ve purchased this subscription that includes access to Enchanted Attire and Fred's Store while in the city, you can enable it by either logging out and back in or typing /refreshPerms
