Head over to the Cleaning Job marker.
Walk up to the circle at the door, then press E to start the job.
From here you can recruit other players next to you and change your clothes to work clothes (or change back to civilian clothes). Once you are ready, click Start Job in the bottom right.
You can have up to 3 people doing the job at once. The more people, the faster you will complete the job site, which varies in size and number of tasks. All workers receive the same amount of money regardless of the party amount.
Once you start the job, you will spawn inside a vehicle and a blip will be automatically marked on your map. Head over to it.
Head up to the building and press E to start the job.
A tutorial will appear in the top left corner. Your cleaning progress can be found in the bottom right corner.
Use your down arrow key to move the platform down until you reach the first set of windows, marked by red arrows. Press E to start cleaning.
Move your mouse across the screen to wipe the window until your progress reaches 100%. Once complete, move onto the next window. When all the windows at that level are done, use your down key again to move the platform to the next set of windows.
Keep cleaning until you've completed all windows. When all are complete, you will be sent back to ground level. If you're not wanting to clean all the windows, use your up arrow key to move the platform back to the top and press E to exit. You will receive a reduced amount for not cleaning all windows.
