Changing Your Appearance

To change your clothing, head over to any of the clothing stores in the city. Search for the orange clothing icon like below:

Walk into the store and find the area inside where the menu pops up on your left hand side. Press E to enter.

From here you can select Buy Clothing and change all of your clothes and props. If you’re seeing invisible parts such as your arms or torso, cycle through the Hands option after selecting your clothing to find something suitable.

Once you’re happy, click the Save icon, or alternatively, click the X to exit the menu without saving.

You can change and save your clothing by opening the F5 menu and clicking Appearance.

For roleplay purposes, ensure you are holding out a box when changing it this way in public. You can find this in the G wheel menu. You will need to do this before opening the Appearance menu. You could also be standing at a car boot etc, essentially anything where you could realistically store clothing.

Changing Your Physical Appearance

To change your physical appearance, head over to the Plastic Surgeon located at Pillbox Hospital.

Walk through the main doors and turn left, then head through the double doors labelled Ward A. Head straight, and then head through the first door that you can see labelled Surgery on the left (it will be across from the room with the beds). Press E when you see the prompt to open the plastic surgeon menu.

Change your features to your liking, then click the Save icon, or alternatively, click the X to exit the menu without saving.
